I use web development tools to tell visual stories at the intersection of the economy and politics, working with journalists across the newsroom to find data to craft a compelling online narrative. Key projects include the local impacts of the government shutdown, a voting rights tool for every state, and comprehensive analysis of which areas recovered from the real estate crash.
